Do I Need An Account To Place Order?
You do not need an account with us to place orders. You can buy and pay as a guest. We do encourage you to create an account with us, as it will make your shopping on Wacky Fidgets easier and more fun. As a registered member you will from time to time receive special gifts or discounts. So register now!
Is my payment secure?
We use Paypal as our payment gateway as this is one of the most secure ways to pay. Using Paypal you can pay using Visa/Mastercard/Bank Accounts and much more. Paypal keeps all your payment details safe and secure. It is hassle free and fast.
How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box on the “Track your Order” page and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. Please note that there might be a delay of Tracking info of up to 24 hours, as the various shipping companies have to enter the tracking into their system. Should you have any follow up questions, please chat with our Customer Service or send us on email.
Inventory of Products.
Unlike most Web-shops today we actually keep all products we sell on hand. This means they are physically available at our warehouse and ready to ship. Many of the products we sell are manufactured by us, but some products are from our suppliers. Our suppliers are required to keep inventory and stocks with us, so that we can ship to you as fast as possible and not let you wait any longer than you have to.
We are sure one of the reasons why most people actually buy online is that they like the convenience of having the products delivered directly to their home. This should be done as fast as possible and without delay.
We will be shipping all order out within 2 business days. If at all possible we will try to ship the same day we receive your order with a confirmed payment.

When you receive your order please inspect it immediately.If you notice any damage you should make a note of it and take a picture of it. Do not return any products or shipments before you have notified us and received a code to attach to the return shipment. Immediately send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, a picture of the damaged products and a brief description as well as the date of arrival. You can also send it to us using our Facebook messenger if you prefer. Please wait for our Quality Control Team to evaluate your claim within 3 to 4 days, by which time they will get back to you either by email, telephone or through your Facebook Messenger.
How Do I Place an Order?
You find a product you like, then change how many pieces of it you want and hit the “Add to cart” button. The product will now be in your Shopping Cart. You can check your Shopping Cart here. Look for more products and add them to your Shopping Cart.
When you are done adding products to the cart it is time to review your Shopping Cart and the proceed to the Check Out page. Here you will enter you shipping address and other details. Please make sure your address is correct.
Last step here is to Proceed with the Payment.
As soon as you have placed your order and paid for it, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email. This might go into your Spam folder, so please check it. Please check the Order Confirmation immediately to make sure the delivery address is correct and the products are what you have actually ordered. As soon as your Order has been placed and your payment confirmed we will start processing your order in our warehouse. It will be carefully packed and be prepared for the Shipping Company to pick it up.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email please contact us immediately so we can assist you and ensure that the order has been correctly processed. We will not take orders for products we do not have ready for shipment, so no back-orders.
We offer Free Worldwide Delivery with Epacket, China Post, Vietnam Post or The Philippine Post Service. It depends on the Country you live where we ship from.
From the time we hand the Shipment to the Cargo or Shipping Agent it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at your place, but if you need it faster we can ship it using DHL, FedEx or UPS. The charge for the Express delivery depends on the weight of the shipment as well as the country we are shipping to you. Should you need this you can select the Express Delivery before Checking out and paying for your order. Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. We offer refunds only if the item is not as described, or if the item has a factory defect or has been damaged during shipment. The refund will be subject to evaluation by our Quality Control Team before any refunds will be issued.
